I need your opinions on a matter...

I'm designing a logo for a fitness and nutrition website. I sent the client the logos I put together, but she (and I) are having a hard time deciding on one. She narrowed it down to these three. Which one do you like best? I told her my readers have great taste and that they'd make our decision for us. Right? He he.

OR

OR

Note:With #5, the client is worried about giving the wrong idea about being "trim and toned." It doesn't mean you're "stick-thin." She's right, and I don't want to portray that. What do you think?

I'll let you know when her site is up and running - it should be in the next couple of days. She has some great stuff!

Thanks for your input!

  1. Number 2 has a very professional but healthy vibe... number one reminds me of a logo for a restaurant and that just makes me want to eat haha. They are all good though you are very talented!

  2. I like #1 - except maybe play with the "&" - a different color perhaps?

  8. I like the 3rd one, #9. I like using the one T and think that it stands out more because of the contrasting colors. And I think vibrant colors are great when you're talking about health. It makes it seem more active and fun, the way health should be! :o) Just my opinion though.

  10. I understand her concerns about number 5, but I like it the best. I thought it was cute and friendly - which is good for me (the health industry can sometimes be intimidating). It didn't make me feel like the company would only support being "stick-thin."

  11. 5 is cute. But I think 1 or 9 will work better. I also think that the & in 1 and th T in 9 need to be bolder/filled in. But you aren't wanting my edits are you :) sorry! Pick #1!

  13. I like all of them but no. 9 has my vote- great work on these. My wife, Helen, showed me this blog, and got to admit, I keep coming back. Is that weird? Lame? Probably.

  18. Option #1 is best but you should decrease the size of the vertical "Trim" and the ampersand so that they are the same height as "Toned". Logos tend to work best when they can evenly fit into a neat square (or rectangle).
