Meg Ryan and Tom Hanks - a classic duo.
[Also seen in "Sleepless in Seattle" and "Joe verses the Volcano"... I love "Sleepless In Seattle", but "Joe vs. the Volcano?" What the? Really?]
"You've Got Mail" is probably my favorite movie. Doesn't matter how many times I watch it, I can still watch it again. I can even squeak my way through every Jimmy Durante and Cranberries song on the soundtrack. [Note: there is only one Jimmy Durante and one Cranberries song on the soundtrack. Fortunately for all of us.] Wink.
PS- One other romantic film you have to see is called "Love Affair." It is the modern version of "An Affair to Remember." Warning label: box of tissues required.

ReplyDeleteCan you believe I have never seen Sleepless in Seattle? You are probably the hundredth time I have heard about that movie this week. Not that I haven't ever heard it was a great movie but I never got to seeing it. Maybe I shall, must be a sign. :) Also- I love new sharp pencils. It's the best!:)

ReplyDeleteI love all three of the Tom Hanks and Meg Ryan movies but Joe Versus The Volcano is my favourite,mainly because you get to see Meg Ryan play three different roles in one film!

ReplyDeleteI really love You've got mail it's one of my all time favorites!!! Sleepless in Seattle is one of my top three favorites! Such a good combo for sure, too bad Meg Ryan is such a weird-o in real life because I really love most of her movies! Except for the weird one where she wore all that makeup and looked horrible I honestly cannot think of the name but it was BAD!
